Trampolines
The field of fitness is very vast and it has a number of different kinds. People are usually not serious about their health, because they do not have enough time to perform some sort of fitness training either in the gym or at home. Secondly they do not have any interest in their fitness. There are thousands of exercise equipments that are used in fitness and weight training. All equipments have their own importance and value, but some of them are more essential than others. A trampoline is a very useful and one of most important devices in athletic or gymnastic. Trampoline consists of a piece of very tight and powerful fabric, extended above a steel frame with a lot of coiled or curved springs to give a rebounding strength which pushes the athlete high and above into the air.The fabric of the trampoline is not very flexible, but the flexibility is presented by the springs. The springs are then attached it to the border.
Trampoline has also been used in the ancient times and people had used trampoline in the most parts of United Kingdom. No one actually knows the true history of the modern trampoline, but there are number of evidences found where circus performer used bouncing beds in the circus arena in order to entertain spectators. The bouncy bed was actuality a structure of small trampoline that was coated by bedclothes on which the circus performers presented most of the comedy routines.
The first modern trampoline was made in 1934 and by two persons, George Nissen and Larry Griswold. Nissen was a very famous gymnastic performer while his friend Griswold was a very famous acrobat and circus performer in the gymnastics team. Both of these two were in the same team of university of Iowa, United States of America. Trampoline is also used in flight as well as in astronaut training. Trampoline was first used in the second world way by the Navy Flight School, in United States of America, in order to train the pilots and navigators of the Navy Force.
Trampoline is used a lot in a number of competitive sports. Trampoline is mostly used in the gymnastic games and now gymnastic is also a part of Olympic Games. A skilled and expert athlete can easily bounce up to almost ten meters. A skilled athlete can perform a number of somersaults and twists. There are so many other sports that use trampolines to help increase and sharpen gymnastic skills in training, prior to the real sporting location. The most common examples are diving and physical exercises like gymnastics, wrestling and a number of others. Trampoline is very much useful and beneficial in a number of ways and it has a lot of advantages. On the other hand it has a lot of disadvantages and drawbacks. Trampolines are available in various kinds.
